I am partly deaf and always hesitate to go to these courses as I am never sure whether I would be able to hear properly and was most pleased at his loud and crisp voice!!!!

The Management Sessions given by DuGallan are very informative and thorough and covers all the areas of concern. Over and above the sessions regular information is sent to keep us updated on any changes and regular feedback on the next sessions running. The seminars that we have attended were very informative and straight forward which will help us to educate our staff not only the staff but the families and friends as to how we must prepare ourselves for the AARTO when it finally hits our shores. The facilitator is well clued up on the regulations which make it easy for us to grasp the information that he presents.

It was very insightful. DuGallan gave me some good ideas as to how we can go about drawing up HR policies to protect ourselves from the unions as well as some ideas for value statements.
